Mechwarrior 2 3dfx edition It's usually the really early Glide games because they don't recognize newer cards. 3dfx should have been more forward looking (in many ways).

The open source "radeon" driver is pretty good for Radeon cards all the way back to the 7000. But if you want to run that Compiz stuff then you'll probably want a Radeon 9600 or better. This is probably what your ATI RS200 works so well with. RS200 is based on R100, btw. http://www.x.org/wiki/ …

In Vista and 7 can't you just go into device manager, uninstall the driver and check that "delete files" box? BTW you may have sound quality problems with the kx drivers in Vista/7. There's no FMV. It's all hand drawn or 3D rendered. 😉 Privateer-like. The gameplay is essentially unchanged but every bit of art is improved. And there are new cutscenes obviously.

I do too think it's likely that this is a CPU module and not a socketed chip. I had a Dell monster earlier this year and it had a 450 MHz Coppermine module.
