I found various drivers, but couldn't get it working. I gave up and ended up using 3COM 3C509B-C card instead, which was really easy to setup. I still have the Intel drivers if you want them.

Interestingly, under Win95C the OS autodetects the USB controller, installs built in drivers and USB works. This surprised me, I would have thought Win2K would be easier to setup than Win95. I finally got around to determine the PS/2 pinout on this motherboard. Posting it here in case someone is looking for the same info in the future: Motherboard: MSI MS-6103 PIN 1 is toward the edge of the motherboard, PIN 5 is facing inward.

Just found another problem. This time using Sidewinder Force Feedback Pro in Win95. Force Feedback doesn't work when you use Midi split cable where one cable goes to the Sidewinder and the other to Midi device. could be your bios only uses 60 NS when auto but when disabled uses 70ns. Could be some hidden settings in AUTO shenanigans. You might need to mod the bios to enable it. Auto Config: Enabled Dram Read Burst: 2/2/3 (Auto selected) DRAM Fast Leadoff: Enabled And here I used the Autoconfiguration again, but manually changed DRAM Fast Leadoff to Enabled, which improved performance.
