I don't see how. But the EDO RAM could be replaced by an FPGA+DDR3.

The "3" most likely is the speed grade, which isn't usually written on the package.

I too would like to find some 125MHz EDO ICs. Only 100-110 seem to be available. The main IC under that heatsink is an FPGA.

The Digital marked IC is a PCI to PCI bridge. You don't have to use exactly that one. The ICS ICs are RAMDACs used for VGA output and also clock back the 3dfx ICs.

Yes, it allows using an AGP card in a PCIe slot. The bridge IC I used (PI7C9x130) can be configured to work the other way around though.

I already made one, but haven't assembled it yet. PCIe x4 to AGP 1.0 1x up to 150MHz AGP clock. I will publish all the files when I have some free time.

@PC Hoarder Patrol thanks for that document! I wasn't able to find it. I will give the generic drivers a shot, even though the chances of them working are close to 0. In the meantime I was able to find a SCSI cable, and sadly, there are no drivers on those disks.

Same value as C130, 10uF, 16V. The card may work fine, but in the long term it might have stability issues. Personally, I would replace them.

That's a resettable fuse, providing 5V to the VGA connector. You can replace it with a 100mA fuse.
