Re: EIZO MD-B12 TIGA TMS34010

The window size is c800-c8ff, so you need to exclude that with EMM, QEMM or 386max. Why no image? What kind of monitor are you using? It needs to be able to display 1280x1023 in 70Hz. Have you tryed the tools in the Utils folder? They display the status of the card.

Thanks fot the tipp with DIP 8 for VGA passthrough. I found a VGA-terminator and plugged it in the VGA card and connected my TFT to the TIGA card, so now I can see both kinds of pictures on one monitor without switching. To your questions: Filename tiga1.jpg File size 89.19 KiB Views 2071 views …

Hello, I have two ISA VGA cards with WDC 90C31 chipset, but both cards do not display anything in that 80386-33 based PC. Anyhow the PC boots from floppy or hardisk. With other VGA card (Paradise 256kB VGA card, Trident 8900C) the machine works fine. Both WDC VGA cards have DIP swithches on the ISA …

What is the base adress of your card? On my card all DIP swichtes except of 4 are up. Mine is set to adress c800h. I use a NEC TFT 1970nxp which can go up to 70Hz and maybe a bit above of that. I also have only the choice of 1280x1024 and 1024x1024 in 16 colors. I just found a terminator resistor …

Very impressive presentation. Thank you! I still remember many of these cards, beginning with the Ega Wonder, I think I had many of them in my hand. I have a Mach 8 ISA and Mach 32 Ultra EISA Pro here and they soon will be setup in two 80486 EISA systems which are currently in restauration. A Rgae …

@gfernval - If it doesn't work that mayby is because of an adress conflict. There are dip switches on the card to select it's base adress and maybe other things. Unfortunatelly I didn't find a user manual for the card to understand how to set it up. But I have an Adapetc 1542 in that machine, and if …

Hello, I now have such an EIZO MD-B12 TIGA TMS34010 card as well. Thanks above for the link to the drivers, so I could get it to run, at least now in DOS, with the test/demo tools. Win 3.11 is also installed, but not included drivers yet. I plan a comparison between the TIGA card and the VGA card I …

I now have also this EIZO MD-B12 TIGA card. I purchased it with an 80386-33 based Olivetti M380XP9 machine. And I plan to use it, together with other cards (SB Pro 2, Adaptec 1542A, 3Com Etherlink 3). Unfortuantelly I don't have found any documentation on that card. Thanks above in this thread I …
