I do think Seabios handles some kind of emulation - if I remember correctly I just connected a modern optical USB mouse and ran ctmouse, and that was it. I'd have to go back and check though, I'll post back later. Fair enough - I'm going to recompile the bios myself and see if that makes any …

It's more about the processor than the OS. 16MB is fine for a P120 build, but I was still running Windows 95 when I got a Pentium II 333 and it had 64MB ram.

This is pretty awesome. I just wish it did game controllers converting to a normal gameport. If this design works well then I might consider adding analog joystick support to a future revision. I wonder if it would be possible to fake the analog joystick without digipots by using careful timing... …
