On the pic with the soldered rams its visible the bodged pad, right chip on the middle pins. Did this mod to my 754LR+ and I can confirm it works perfectly, local framebuffer 16mb on AGP 2x , ram I used is 166mhz. This makes for a nice win98 system, with gfx and audio integrated, fast Pentium 3 and added bonus of an isa slot, at least on paper, don't know how stable this motherboard is. …

Did 3 wrappings and it works. I had to glue it as it would otherwise come off and give a hardware error. I used some epoxy and have to wait until tomorrow when it's cured. It needs a very grippy ring, mine is 2mm. Cartridge has issues. Might need to buy a new one. Does anyone have a pic of the …

Modify the title adding something like "need pic for replacement" or similar, to put directly what you need. Daughterboards with ram were common, each his own but main connections are the same as a ram stick IIRC. Maybe you could plug a ram stick (provided it is the same tech e.g. edo/fpm...) …

Do you live in a humid or salty environment? Cause areas like that things can start corroding quite quickly.
