AFAIK Nuked OPL3 is the most accurate, being based off actual die shots of the YMF262 chip itself, and going as far as reimplementing the bugs of the chip itself. I may be wrong, though.

Well, the Audigy 2 ZS should work fine for 98SE, XP, 7 and Arch, but for DOS, a YMF7x4 would be better if you want OPL3 support, while still working with the others, but without proper EAX and SoundFonts.
