It's old Samsung drives, but I'm using them without this kind of tools and I didn't even try to upgrade their firmware. Just using them out of the box 😀

I found some at only 7€ for 1L. But if you do like me, even 500ml is enough since it's not a real bath, you don't have to submerge your yellow parts. And if you use if pure, you can put it back into the bottle for the next time.

I found and bought on eBay some speaker I had 25 years ago with my first Pentium 75 ! So happy to get it, the picture was clean and clearly white... but when I received them, I've been disappointed to see this yellowish color :( Only 5$, but still... A "magic" bath with Hydrogen peroxide later... …

I don't want to "crack" a game that needs a CD. ( like Carmageddon, GTA, GP2, etc.. ) and I will not use a DVD player on my WIndows98 Rig. I'll even replace the 48x CD player I have by a slower one when I'll find a 4 or 8x 😀

I bought 2 IDE/Sata Adapters. Not only Graphic cards and PSU, but also Motherboard are potentially impacted 🙁 My MSI 848P Neo-V ( Socket 370 ) has a strong coil whine noise almost all the time. Hopefully I won't hear it anymore when I'll put it in a case.
