The missing traces can be restored. A very good magnifying glass and very thin wires (plus decent soldering skills) are your friends. But first you have to find replacement transformers, I assume they are used for galvanic decoupling of the output signals.

L511 and L514 have 4 soldering pads each, I think they are transformers - or double-inductors. They have been removed by force - let´s hope no traces have been damaged.

Even without a multi-io card the board must complete POSTing until you see the BIOS summary screen. There must be a different issue here. First double check all jumper settings carefully and make sure the 2 RAM sticks are seated correctly according to the manual.
