It simply wasn't a good choice of machine - I think the buyer was confused by the magic word RETROGAMES... I think, anything in PCI that can be found for reasonable money will be bottleneck for the CPU - GeForce 2,4,5,6xxx or Radeon 7xxx or 9xxx?
