You'll need to find a sound card with ES689F and ES982 blank soldering positions, which IMHO can be a difficult thing to do. My suggestion is, why don't you try making your own wavetable MIDI board? Like this one, it's easy to make and low cost. https://github.com/hkzlab/DWAVE_MIDI_Wavetable

The first card is Acer/Aopen. The PCB is clearly of better quality. It's probably an Acer Magic S20. You're right, but it's slightly different from the retail version of the Magic S20. it has an IDE interface that the retail version doesn't have. I think it's an OEM version of the S20. S20.jpg
