I always wondered, if you had more than 64MB installed, did only the first 64MB get cached, or would that disable the L2 cache completely? Only the first 64 MB get cached. MS-DOS addresses memory from bottom up, and hardly anything uses more than 64 MB, so this problem is irrelevant under DOS. …
