Com 1 configured at 3F8h----IRQ4 in Bios. I can e-mail the program in question less than 1 MB

At work, we have a DOS program that we use for programming industrial processors (Allen-Bradley 100/150). Our old shop laptop was running Win98, and this program worked fine.
