I disagree that the card is wasted at 1080p 60Hz gaming. From my benchmarking I saw it at 90% utilisation in a fair few games, and this isn't at max settings. Unless you're limiting yourself to 1920x1080@60hz for benchmarking purposes, you should get a better monitor. A 1070 Ti is wasted at that resolution and refresh rate.
