SheepShaver is a PowerPC Emulator. Super Wing Commander was designed for Motorola 68040. Basilisk II is a Motorola 68040 emulator. You made a wrong emulator choice for this game.

MMX is raquired to play Rebel Moon Rising, but the game is for Windows and works on modern computers.
