no, dosbox doesn't port lpt. But all you need to do is plug Riva TNT or any older card to your computer, install dos, win31, and graphics drivers and you can use your ploter on your modern computer. You can also have even windows xp there.

In any case, having the DAC at 220h as well as CMS really doesn't do any sort of harm, because I'm totally unaware of any games that would support Sound Blaster DAC and Gameblaster simultaneously it is using DAC and adlib simultaneously on port 220 that may make conflicts (cause cms will be set to …

If I remember correctly it was like this: There was a game that detected tandy sound and cause of that the game tried to use tandy graphics too. This resulted in game not running. So developers just wanted to make sure no newbie will have such a problem. Am I right?

I think this would be the best solution: # tandy -- Enable Tandy 3-Voice emulation: auto,on,off. # On auto the mode is determined by machine type. auto as default

the last card by nVidia that had win3.1 drivers was rivatnt2 i think. I don't know what was the last card by ati. You can always unplag your modern card and plug old one :) I think the same with sound card (at least i can cause i still have one ISA slot :) (I don't know whether there were any win3.1 …

SiyMan: just wondering why cannot you run win3.11 on your athlon. I have duron and i can run DOS and i also have installed win3.1 on it (i also have win98 and winxp) EDIT: I guess cause of no sound & video drivers 😉
