I think most Bitmap Brothers games (Gods, Speedball 2, Magic Pockets, etc) also used a 16c VGA palette.

I have never had any issues with K-Lite. I also use K-Lite + MPC HC and sometimes combined with VLC as backup. For very, very old PCs with little processing power (old Intel dual core), VLC seems to consume less cpu power than K-Lite's MPC HC.

Interesting and amusing read. Right now I only have Intel cpus and I am starting to regret this decision. It's well known that Intel CPUs (even latest generation) are plagued with more vulnerabilities than their AMD counterparts so I am noticing a big decrease in performance for my Intel CPUs. AMD …

I still can't see the so called benefits of going UEFI. It's pretty bad implemented in my opinion. I have seen some BIOSes with awful UEFI implementations. MBR partitioning scheme is still working perfectly fine and it's less messy.

Not bad computers but they had some of the more uncomfortable BIOSes I have ever seen. I am looking at you Invoking boot device list (F11 or ASSIST+PowerOn).

Excellent. By the way I have noticed that there is no uninstall entry for DOSBox under Add & Remove programs (Win10 x64). Is this normal? Also after uninstalling 0.74-2 my settings were not preserved.
