I will tell you this. I am not against abandonware at all. I actually support it. Every abandonware site advertises Dosbox. I also am in support of you not giving support to abandonware. That may sound like double speak but its like this. Dosbox was made for people who want to play their old games …

I only made this comment to get the people who got their games from abandonware sites to go to those from where they got the game and have them help them. Abandonware sites have forums that they help people with the game. That way they wont be bothering this site.

Its definitely faster. What games can it take now that could not do before? I hope this one is a big improvement on the others. I know about supposed improvements with other software (Microsoft). Keep on going. Hurrah!

Try Compatability Modes on your machine. I had a couple of games which I had to use compatability mode to even install.

Pool of Radience runs good on mine and it didn't have much sound either. I had a friend who had the old Commadore 64 version and it didn't have much sound either. Most of the old SSI D&D games used their files for gameplay and not for music.

Even loaning a friend a game meant fora pc is technically illegal. It violates the license. people don't realize that when you buy a game for the pc you don't own the game you just bought the license to use it. The government is closing down filesharing sites and soon will go after the abandonwarez …

Abandonware is illegal.anytime you have a game on your machine and you dont have a physical copy on floppy or cd it is considered pirated. The only exception is what is considered freeware and when you download freeware you have to agree to the license that comes with it. This site cannot support …

I got the game and I run D-fend with Dosbox. Mine is configured with SB16 address 220 IRQ 7 DMA 1 HDMA 5. You might want to get D-Fend Frontend. Its easy to use.
