a trick to remember, chose whatever 27C512 chip you want but uncheck the "Check ID" tickbox on lower left corner of the program - then it will work Basically the programmer won't check if it's a TI, OKI, AMD, whatever manufacturer and just dump the data

The win98 drivers can still be downloaded from AMD. However, they require directx 8.1 to work correctly. I found the older win95 compatible driver on archive.org from ati.com. Im going to try to find it again.
