Ghetto fixing a Inno3D Geforce 9800GT 512MB. So far it's been reflowed, I replaced three MOSFETs and pretty much it. I have to resolder three tiny caps, then finally zip-tie an AMD FM1 cooler on it. If this thing works fine and passes Furmark with flying colors, I'll be damned. 😀

You can't test them without 64-bit capable PGA 478 (32-bit CPUs can't adress over 4GB memory range by design). On top of that, low capacity ones (the NOT AMD cheap stuff, and the one with highest chance of working on Intel platforms), are expensive : LINK. I don't own any 🙁

386DX became redundant for everyone soon as AMD developed its Am486 I think.
