From my experience on ebay... I think you'd best chalk this up as a lesson learnt. Maybe he did send the package but it got lost in the post... either way you've missed the opportunity to file a dispute so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for money back.

As far as I know the Server Version of the next gen CPU has been released, I think they are still calling it the Opteron. As for the Desktop(Bulldozer) version I heard next month, October some time.

using up to date anti-virus programs seems a bit silly. the only viruses that will work in dos are the old ones! I've never been sold on the whole anti-virus thing. Then again, i practice safe sex on the internet so the vast majority of the sniffles I would get i avoid entirely.
