My AMD K5-100mhz computer hangs at boot. The screen reads “Verifying DMI setting” American Megatrends bios date 1995 Hangs at boot screen "Verifying DMI pool". How can I fix this ?

Okay right now I am testing this Motherboard with the AMD K5-100 CPU. By disabling CPU internal and external cache I have been able to slow down the CPU to a 386dx@40mhz. I want to be able to go as slow as a 286@10mhz. So I guess I will have to try a slower speed CPU. What do you recommend ?

Late reply on this, but if nGlide isn't working, have you tried another glide wrapper (dgVoodoo is one alternative)? Have you tried running it in Direct3D? Direct3D with a wrapper (dgVoodoo seems to be the only one that works here)? Updating nGlide? Updating AMD drivers?
