What type is your laptop? What GPU does it have? It could be because your desktop has a proper Nvidia or AMD one, while most laptops use the GPU integrated in the CPU by default, which tend to be less compatible with old games.

I did the magic trick. I put in the AMD and turned it on. It just found the CPU. It started Windows ME, and there I checked Sandra and Aida if the voltages were correct. VCore 3.2volt, I/O 3.3volt Just as noted on the CPU itself. It seems like everything is doing well. Thanks all for the help!
