Because nobody else can confirm the loose of profile while updating problem, I'm preparing the release of D-Fend Reloaded 0.8 now. Version 0.8 should be on Sourceforge by tomorrow. @HunterZ: Interessting idea, I will think about this in version 0.9.

You could try downloading via a different web browser or from a different sourceforge mirror, or download a DOSBox frontend that comes with DOSBox 0.73 built in.

Is firefox also failing on Sourceforge?. That's strange. Have you tried forcing DOC_Check_Frequency to always = 1 (default = 3 {when document expires}) You must enter that value from about:config

The second release candicate of D-Fend Reloaded 0.8.2 is on sourceforge now. Please test this release. If everything is fine with 0.8.2rc2 this release (just without the "this is not final" warning) will become 0.8.2 final release.

More patches. Glidos, I tried contacting s_a_white on sourceforge, but apparently the mail did not get through. He broke the x86_64 target, attached patch will fix it. Also, the SDL depth buffer precision is broken that's probably the reason for the troubles above. The second patch fixes that.
