you add them to the Patches tracker on the sourceforge project http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=52551&atid=467234 But be aware that, often patches that don't benefit gameplay are not accepted. But those patches are welcome anyway for anyone wanting to go further with Dosbox 😀
