there were boards in wich can be disabled spread spectrum, that had the 440bx chipset two of the bunch of cards i had had this option in bios: BCM QS440BX and AOpen AX6BC all the others were crippled in performance, in the chipset, in the bios, or in the processor compatibility

Therea are a couple tools you can use. Thos for DOS help you to see wich resources your devices are using. http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~ralf/files.html https://www.ccontrols.com/sd/findpci.htm and if you manage to install windows 95, you can use this one to identify. http://www.zhangduo.com/udi.html

Strange card.... Looks like a card with outputs for both vga and ega monitors. There are a lot of crystals on it too. Wich makes me think of an ET-3000. Never seen or even heard about the 4000-C chip before. New to me.
