I know PearPC, it supposely will emulate up to Mac OS X, but it has no sound support, which makes it worthless to me. I've heard of SheepShaver, too, it does emulate sound (i think), but it can only emulate up to OS 9, right? Does anybody know of any others? Especially, a PowerPC emulator that emulates OS X + sound support.

The OSx86 project is a way to get the latest x86 compatable version on OSX onto a 'standard' PC. Before PearPC there was nothing that enabled you to run a PowerPC version of OSX on a PC. Subsequent to the news of Apple dropping PowerPC in support of Intel hardware PearPC's progress has slowed massively. It's now more niche that ever and will probably not go far into the future.

As for sound in PearPC, there was an early build around that did some level of sound support but was unstable at best. I don't think sound was/is high on anyones want list for PearPC!

A PowerPC Emulator I know is SheepShaver, based on Basilisk II:

http://gwenole.beauchesne.info/en/projects/sheepshaver

It runs the MacOS versions 7.5.3 (Mac: 8.5.1) up to 9.0.4.
It is very strange to get it to run, especially w/sound,
but once, if it works, you've a great machine!

The screenshot shows the PPC Mac game Alien Nations, in german "Völker", running in SheepShaver:
