How to get Terminal Software for an Apple IIc+?

I'm into vintage PC's - that's my wheelhouse. My mother, however, owns a beautiful Apple IIc+ and she requested, for Christmas, that I try to make it able to send and receive email like I've done with my IBM 5170. I have one of those Hayes-compatible RS232 COM port WiFi Modems and I'm using Procomm to connect to a BBS I created which can relay email messages. She was pretty impressed with that and asked to be included.

I got her an RS232 WiFi Modem and a cable to convert the modem's DB25 connection to the Mini Din 8 serial port on the Apple so I think I'm in good shape in the hardware department but now the rub is getting a terminal software floppy disk made up for her. I did track down an 800k image file containing ProTerm 3 for Apple II but I understand the Apple's internal 3.5" drive uses a completely different recording method from PC floppy drives, so I don't know how I'd go about creating a physical disk with any machine I own. I believe she also has an external 5.25" Apple floppy drive we could plug in so either type of disk should be an option but I need one of the following:
A. Find a way to write an Apple II-format floppy disk using PC hardware, or
B. Locate an existing 3.5" or 5.25" Apple II Terminal Software disk.
I did search eBay for "Apple II terminal software" but found nothing. Can anyone here give me a hand with this?
If, for instance, you happen to own the right hardware to write the 800k image file I found to a 3.5" floppy disk, I'd happily pay you to do so.

After some googling, you would need either someone with a Classic Mac and Disk Copy 4.2, or the do it yourself way
using ADTPro https://adtpro.com/ and the soft found at:

This company in the UK seems to assist in rescuing old data stored on floppy disks.
Maybe they will do it the other way round, too, not sure.

Oh thank you!! ADTPro looks perfect, and I can even buy a pre-made disk for $10 and use that to transfer the disk image(s) I need to the Apple! Mom thanks you 😀

The beauty of it is you don't even need the premade ATDPro floppy, you can bootstrap it using only the serial cable and another computer nearby.
That way you can test the serial cable you bought already, in case it's a straight cable and not a null modem one...then you'll need the latter, or some null modem adapter for the one you have (or loose wires...)
Can we get a picture of that IIc+?

Mom told me she has to unpack the IIc+ still. I thought she had it set up already but it turns out that's the IIgs. I tell you what though - when I visit her to set this up, I'll bring my camera and take some pictures of the computer and of the process.

Regarding the serial cable, it was advertised as being a null modem cable so it should be just right for the data transfer part but I believe the WiFi modem wants straight-through (my other one does) so my plan is to stick a "null modem adapter" onto the end of the null modem cable - and if my memory is correct, doing that switches the Tx & Rx lines with each other twice, so they end up back where they started as if the cable were straight-through. I know it's not exactly an elegant solution but it was inexpensive and available. I actually recall not seeing any cables of this type for sale that weren't null modem.
