I know Retroarch has a build for Win9x but I'm just wondering if there are any alternatives that allow decent organisation of the games/systems that I have?
I'm not expecting anything like the modern BigBox or Batocera but anything would be neat.
There is mine, but you'll need at least Windows 98, and to have installed Internet Explorer 5.5, Microsoft Installer 2.0, and .NET Framework 2.0
Windows 98 IS supported. In the Preferences dialog, you can enable the option to not use DOSBox for any game. It will then let you launch anything, and make as many categories as you'd like.
