when i was using 2.04 with launch pad updates for redneck rampage, it ran fine, music and all save the slowness from the NOLFB. but when i changed over to the newest versian of VDM, it screwed the controls of the game, and it stopped the game music. and yes, i uninstalled the original version before updating. I just want to know if anyone has had any problems too from the change and any info on what to do about the messed up controls.

like what used to be backwards, and right, is non responsive, and the open key became shoot. i check the ingame controls but it says they are the same as ever and never changed

BTW im still not clear as to how you use SPEEDSET. you add it to the autoexec box as speedset.exe right? well how you adjust the actual speed & know its working? the readme was kind of vague.
