mhh ive reinstalled this game again and blabla did all the steps wich i still remember...Now i get Access DENIED error lots o times on ym screen...wtf does that mean? 😒

Please write 'exactly' what steps you've done and importantly what you were doing when you received the error! You should also describe your system specification as well... We're not mind readers 😀

Working on getting it to work on the PC 1
I've just dug out my copy of PD and I couldn't get it to run past the intro animation when using VDMSound. The 1st frame of the Access Software appeared and the program locked up 😒 I didn't get an Access Denied message so I don't know what you're doing to get that.
I got the game running (with sound) under DOSBox (0.63) although it's slow on my machine (P3 1Ghz). You may have more luck there.
It's possible that the lockup with PD under NTVDM was caused by giveio or a similar I/O program.
