I've installed DUKE3D on my Win2000Pro OS and VDMSoundV2.04 freezes during sound setup.

I tried it on DosBox but the game barely runs (too slow).I increased the emualtion but no difference.

You cannot play Build Engine (Duke3D) games in Windows 2000 with Sound Effects.

Download Jonof Duke3D and be happy. It's a port of Duke Nukem 3D for Windows.

Apparently it works with 2000 as well.
