I've been trying to play "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream" using VDMSound 2.1.0. If I run the game in VESA mode with general MIDI and Soundblaster digital audio, then the game runs perfectly except for one small problem: anytime I use my mouse to move the in-game cursor, my computer instantly freezes and I have to restart. If I use the arrow keys to move the cursor then there's no problem, but it's much more cumbersome that way.

Any ideas about what could be causing this?

How about some details about your computer and operating system?

The only thing that is known from your post is:

1.) Game title
2.) It's your "PC"
3.) Mouse movement 'freezes' PC - forcing a re-boot.

If I went to the doctor and said: My name is Don, my leg hurts when I move it - he might want some more information before he could help me.
