VDMSound 2.10
Windows XP Home Edition SP3
1 GB RAM
GeForce FX5500
some Sound Max onboard sound card

I got this game to install fine using VDMSound, but when I play it, it gets so far through the intro then it bombs out with "3120 bytes more of conventional memory needed". A search here and on Google tells me to rem out dosx.exe and the cd driver statements in autoexec.nt. Did that, rebooted, same story.

Thanks in advance.

OK, I got it to work by unchecking the "joystick emulation" checkbox in the properties tab. I guess that freed the memory it was looking for.

I remember having issues getting this game going back in the old DOS days - had to use boot disks, IIRC...
