hi folks, ive downloaded the game from SOMEWHERE.
the game runs very smooth in SVGA with VDMS 2.1.0.
but after a short time of playing the game crashes with no errormessage and the DOS window cloeses. the LOAD GAME screen crashes to.

ive tested it with the default VDMS configuration. (soundblaster 16, port220, irq7, dma1)
the VDMS.LOG says:

@E - 01:53:13.814 - SBController
Attempted to write to an unknown mixer register (register = 0x83,
value = 0x0b)

after that i tryed it with no sound, but with the same results but with no errorlog.

my system is a athlon TB @ 1400 MHz

winXP SP1 prof.
