Hi there!
I get this error with all the versions, using w98 SE

Error while running dosdrv.bat:

An error was encountered while attempting to load and display the Tip of the Day:
Last error report by windows:
0x00000002- The system cannot find the file specified

The intialization proces will now continue
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Dosdrv.bat seems to crash wile loading vxdinit.

My version: the "latest.zip" package file

Is there anyway to fix the problem?
