You'll need to double-check with Paul, but I believe these need an "unlock request" sent to Paul at payproblem@glidos.net. He then sends you a new unlock code.

I myself have a dual-boot setup and it needs a different code for the second OS.

Yeh that's right, but you pay just once, of course.
