Hello! Everyone! I'm from China! I have a 3dfx VOODOO Banshee(16MB/PCI) card and a VOODOO (4MB), I always use them to play NFS GAMES(For example: NFS2SE NFS3 etc), recently I downloaded Need For Speed: Special Edition, I found that this game can not run under Glidos environment. So...

Need For Speed is a Windows game. Glidos is for DOS games. You might be able to use the Windows side Glide wrapper from Glidos though: install Glidos, and take the file C:\Program Files\Glidos\psVoodoo\Glide2x.dll and place it in with the Need For Speed exe.

On the other hand, if you Voodoo card then you shouldn't need any type of wrapper. The game should be able to use the card's native Glide support.
