I've found that Glidos FMV pack has some frame rate issues on Windows 7 (currently using x64 version with SP1). Usually it's around 15ish fps, regardless whether it's the DirectX or OpenGL renderer (because videos are handles directly by Glidos), windowed or full screen, AERO turned on or off. Setting a higher priority for Glidos doesn't change anything, either. However, when I disable the FMV pack and just use normal TR low-quality videos, they play like they should. How bizarre is that.

I know this issue is probably specifically related to Windows 7. There were no frame rate drops on Vista x64 (RTM, SP1, SP2, and SP2 with DirectX11 platform update). Also, It's not related to codecs. I used exactly the same codec pack on both. Not sure if it's different on Win 7 x86 or Windows 8/8.1, probably won't be able to test on those anytime soon.

I have an Nvidia card, if this is relevant (GTX 280 1gb).
