OKay, so I contacted the glidos website...but my email never came to me because the email that was used were two emails..a gmail account was set as the primary and it no longer exists! I signed in with my secondary email, but nothing to continue the activation was sent to my secondary email! I really hope this can get resolved so the activation can be sent to the RIGHT email address.
