Hi,

Glidos is cool for Blood. I also want to play Shadow warrior with 3dfx patch. Any suggestions?. My system is P4, Geforce 2.

Thanks.

Maybe slightly off topic, but I've found that I prefer the old "2.5d' FPS games to be more fun WITHOUT hardware acceleration.
It started with the Outlaws D3D patch. I noticed that since the game was sprite based and the textures low-res, the game just wasn't as fun with the fancy new effects. The engine just couldn't hold up.
The same is true for Duke3D.
One exception is Doom, since along with hardware support they've replaced all the textures and the sprites.
I love, love love those old FPS games, I just don't want the hardware support.
Just my opinion... 😊

If you look around on the 3drealms forums you'll find a project for Duke3d texture replacement. The new textures look pretty good. Haven't had a chance to use them in-game tho, I've just looked at 'em on the net.

Hi Paul! Maybe this will be useful for you: dgvoodoo wrapper also has problems with Shadow Warrior and dege hasn't corrected them so far.
There was a discussion about it some time ago here:
dgVoodoo 1 announcement thread
and in next pages of that thread.

And in an attachment is what I got using dgvoodo under WindowsXP. Looks familiar? No matter what I set in options, picture looks almost the same.
I think your problems are similar.
