Help with Glidos, please?

I can't get Descent II or GTA working with Glidos, the first freezes but the later just plain crashes my putter. I've read and followed the installation steps for both games without results.

Can anybody help?

It's a 1ghz tbird, tnt2 (don't laugh at me) and audigy card.

With Descent II, it is a good idea to download the No-CD patched executable. I think its in the files section of this forum. Also you should initially set up D2 not to use sound. You need to run setsound.exe from a fullscreen DOS box. Then you can be sure that audio isn't the cause of ypur problems. I think you need the D2 CD in the drive to run setsound.

What version of Windows are you using?
