I noticed that the version of TombATI_v1.7.exe uses an outdated version of glrage_r9. Can you update TombATI_v1.7 with latest glrage_r10 version?

Not easily. There's more to it than just including the glrage binary in the archive. The binary in the archive is built with many quite significant changes from the original (the changes are published in my fork: https://github.com/Glidos/glrage). Those changes would need merging with the r10 changes. There may be complicated conflicts... although the r10 changes are made up of just 6 commits.
Are you seeing problems that might be fixed by the r10 changes?
