Peixoto Patch not working on Windows 11 to run Resident Evil 1 and 2. Only on 10. Any updates on this?

Peixoto patch app can't scroll properly, content in almost unreachable, need to make window very small to scroll entirely down, no scrollbar on right, need to switch to fullscreen window and back to left side be fully displayed. Not happened in older versions. Edit: it works normally when system scalling is set to 100 %. I had 125 % and it was broken. So it's broken on other scalling than 100 %. Edit: it's needed to set the exe this way: Change high DPI settings > (Checkbox) Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: System.
