The game is really well made. It was a pleasure to play through at 4K / very high with my rig. 😀
Also don't miss the two expansions. Blood and Wine brings a new nature look.

Agreed - I can't think of a single suspension-of-belief shattering "oh yeah, this is just a game" moment. Every aspect of it was polished to the same high level.
