Peixoto Patch not working on Windows 11 to run Resident Evil 1 and 2. Only on 10. Any updates on this?

I get that error at the end when i try to open the game on windows 11. i never got that on windows 10

EAX Emulation: reverb, sound cones, distance attenuation. doppler and a simple leff and right panning
