GDI, OpenGL and Direct3D 9 re-implementation of the DirectDraw API for classic games for better compatibility with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 and Wine.

What is the best Option for Win10 and what is for Windows XP?

I use cnc-ddraw with D3D9 with my Radeon on Windows 10

in cnc-ddraw we can choose:
; Renderer, possible values: auto, opengl, gdi, direct3d9 (auto = try direct3d9/opengl, fallback = gdi)
renderer=direct3d9
