Glad to see it, thought you were gonna do away with that case. I think it's a pretty awesome case.

Hey look! An earlier Cooler Master heatsink! Any good?
VictorB that's a very good find! You could build a MS-DOS Time-Machine around it 😀
Yeah thats my plan! I have 2802 dosgames on my harddrive 😀
I'm thinking to put an AWE32, Diamond stealth II s220 4mb, Voodoo1 4mb (there where dos glide games?) And I have a 2gb WD haddrive. I think that will be a nice mix of hardware for this machine. I think there is no need for a bigger harddrive.
What is the best way to install dos? The 3 floppys? or is there a better way now?
2GB won't cut it 😀
To install MS-DOS 7.1 I use this process:

I did use MS-DOS 6.22 before but found the 2GB partition limit a real problem.
I like to use hardware from the right era on a machine. So no flash drives etc for me. I had a 120mb hdd with dosgames and windows 95 back in 1995. So 2000mb should be enough for now. I think my special windows98 custom cd has some dos 7.1 install option. 😀 I could try it out. I hope the system will boot of cdrom!
double post
Pentium 166
QDI P5I430TX TITANIUM I B+
