Nice build! I think getting a new PSU was a good idea, most original AT PSUs are over 10 years old now. The power requirements of these machines are relatively modest so even the cheapest modern PSU should be fine.

I had the same case on my first pc back in 1996,the difference was that it had an orange coloured start button and the dark grey plastic on the front was also orange,plus where the IBM logo is,it had a small display that showed the processor frequency.
