After searching up and down and collecting a TOWER of ATX PSUs,I've finally got a motherboard and a system to upgrade.
Thing is,it gave me headaches because of using a ASRock retention system (754/939/AM2+S478)and an S754 HSF. Fixed that when I replaced them with standard S478 parts.

Here's the configuration.

Foxconn 865A01-PE-6LS - came from a Preshott system for sure,12v connector onboard is darkened near the 2 12v wires,i865PE chipset BTW
2GB DDR400 RAM - 4x 512MB sticks
Celeron D 2.66GHz - placeholder until I find my old Northwood-B 1.8A P4 and OC it to 2.40GHz (that 1.8A runs cool even at that clock w/stock voltage)
ATI Radeon HD3450
400W Rexpower PSU - might replace with a 300W Bestec if I can get it.
48x Samsung CD-ROM
Sony CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive
Floppy drive
80GB WDC WD800JD-55MSA1 HDD - SATA
40GB Maxtor D740X - not recognized,I think I forgot plugging the IDE cable onboard)
Black ATX case w/ thermal sensors

OS is Windows 7 SP1,leftover from another system. Just had to reinstall it since BOOTMGR was missing. Runs fine now.
